Social

What waits for a reply, and what went out. Setting up happens elsewhere.

Social media lived in the settings, between accounts and ads, so in the place where you set things up. What it does every day had no home. This screen is that home: two lists, and nothing else.

The layout

The switch row at the top in a settings card, below it two cards side by side, below that one sentence with the way to the setup.

CardWhat is in it
Waiting for a replyComments, messages and reviews from outside
PostsWhat Athaus has created, with its status

Twelve rows per card at most, the count quietly in the header. A row shows the network marks on the left (three at most, then "+n"), then the kind, the author, the stars and when, with two lines of text below.

A post has one of five statuses: Being created, Scheduled, Published, Partly published, Not published. Its occasion says why it came about: On the market, Price reduced, Reserved, Sold, Let or From the office.

Reviews appear as a number, not as stars: "3 of 5". Five symbols next to a sentence read as decoration; a number does not.

What you can do here

The switch Prepare posts and replies carries the three approval levels: Off, Ask first, Automatic. It sets both kinds at once. If they differ, the row says so and shows no value rather than guessing one. Anyone with the agent role sees the active level as a chip instead of the segments.

On an incoming item with a waiting draft, Review draft leads into the queue on the start screen. On a published post, View opens it.

Replying does not happen here, and that is deliberate: a reply field would be a second way out, bypassing approval.

What the agent does here

It writes posts and replies as proposals. Three kinds wait for your yes: Post, Social media reply and Ad. For the Social group the rule is: everything here goes out and waits for your yes by default.

This screen shows what is open and leads to the proposals. The level is enforced where a post comes into being, not here: a separate switch beside it would be a second truth about the same question, and one of the two would not bite.

Worth knowing

Setting up stays in the settings. Accounts, ads, the monthly budget and the price live there. You set up there, you work here.

An incoming item without a draft has no button here. Replies happen in the conversation, and a button that merely opens a screen would be a shortcut with no destination.

There are deliberately no four counters at the top ("3 open, 12 published"). A dashboard of numbers says less than the list itself.

An error is not an empty state

If one of the two queries fails, its card shows an error with Try again, not "Nothing open". That would be a claim about data we do not currently have, and the agent would stop looking for the reply that is costing them.

The row only appears in the sidebar while the package is active. The address stays reachable regardless and shows the empty cards: that is more honest than a 404 on something you used to have.

Social sits in the Work group and not in the portfolio. An open comment is something that is due today, not a record you look things up in.
