AthausDocs

Your workspace

Ten screens in two groups, and why they sit in that order.

An agent's day is not one list. It is two questions that have nothing to do with each other: what came in today, and what am I holding. The Athaus sidebar separates exactly that, and every row in it has its page here.

Work

What is due today. These five rows change by the hour.

RowAddressWhat is there
Start/The chat, and below it whatever waits for you
Inbox/anfragenEvery enquiry as a thread, with qualification and stage
Tasks/aufgabenWhat is due, across the whole office
Calendar/kalenderViewings and whatever else is in your calendar
Social/socialWhat went out, and what waits for a reply

The inbox sits directly below Start because that is the first question of any working day. Below it the order runs from "what" to "when": tasks before calendar.

The row says Inbox, the address says /anfragen

This departs from our rule that an address matches its row, and it does so deliberately. The screen is an inbox: list on the left, thread on the right. But /postfach is already taken on the search side, and moving an address to match a synonym breaks every bookmark for nothing.

Portfolio

What you hold. This is where you look things up, and nothing changes on its own.

RowAddressWhat is there
My properties/immobilienYour portfolio, with a cockpit per property
Valuations/bewertungenValuations with a range, methods and assumptions
Contacts/kontakteThe address book, with a file per person
Lists/listenYour own groups of contacts
Analytics/analysenNumbers about the portfolio

What the agent does on every screen

The same rule everywhere, and it is the most important line in these docs: whatever stays in the house, the agent does by itself. Whatever leaves it waits for your yes.

In practice that means three things:

  • It sorts, fills in and drafts without asking. Filing an enquiry, saving a note, preparing a reply.
  • Before anything leaves the house, a confirmation card appears in the chat: it shows the text that would go out, the guest who would get an invitation, or the amount that would be approved. One click is enough, nothing has to be typed.
  • Where the line sits is your decision, per kind, under approval levels. The agent never moves it itself.

The search side

People searching see a different sidebar: Start, Catalogue, My search and Documents. Search is not open yet; existing accounts sign in as usual.

Why these docs are sorted this way

The groups here are named after the groups in the app, in the same order, with the same words. Documentation that invents its own order forces the reader to translate before they can read. Find a row in the app and you find its page here, in the same place.
