Two MCP servers instead of one. Athaus für Makler works for your office, Athaus Immobiliensuche for your own search; each has its own address and its own rights (overview). The tools now have English names, such as get_briefing or search_listings. The old address api.athaus.ai/mcp answers 410; if you were connected, connect again (Sign-in).
Approve in the chat. Anything that goes out, the assistant shows as a card, and your click there carries it out. Whatever your office has set to Automatic also runs over MCP without a click, if the connection may approve (Rights).
Every task at once. Under Settings, Automation one row sets every kind to the same level (Automation levels).

Listings in ChatGPT and Claude. Every property has the switch In ChatGPT und Claude. It stays off until you switch it on; then searchers find the listing there as an exposé card. Enquiries are counted per source.
Enquiries without an account on the listing page on www.athaus.ai, with explicit consent to passing them on (Enquiries and approval).
Every MCP tool requires sign-in, for searchers and providers alike (Sign-in).
MCP Events for ChatGPT: a connected app is notified when an enquiry comes in. Subscriptions are listed under Settings, MCP server (Events).
The provider chat works with enquiries, suggestions, viewings, contacts and lists, and takes a listing online or offline.
A property page opens with the exposé. The editor shows the next step and folds away optional details.
The page for social networks is in place; the connection itself is not set up yet.
The legal texts have a new version; on your next purchase Athaus asks for consent again.

Valuations have their own page with an overview, and a valuation can be deleted. The owner report is available as a link.
The agent remembers per enquiry what the person said, and its drafts learn your office's tone.
For every kind of suggestion Athaus counts your decisions and offers to set it to Automatic (automation levels).
A morning email gives the day's status; the app updates without reloading.
Replies from people without an account go to the broker.
Commercial properties give heat and electricity separately (§ 87 (2) GEG).
The import converts floors, deposits and pets.

The MCP server is live (overview).
The automation page is in place. Reply drafts are written in the background, uploaded documents fill in the property, a price drop becomes news for enquirers, and the agent prepares rejections.
