Apps and cards
The interfaces that ChatGPT and Claude draw right in the chat: listings as a list, the exposé with an enquiry form and the confirmation card.
Some tools bring an interface of their own. ChatGPT and Claude draw it in the conversation; a client without a visual interface gets the same content as text. Each of the two servers has its own addresses.
| Interface | Server | Address | Drawn by |
|---|---|---|---|
| Listings as a list | Athaus Immobiliensuche | ui://athaus-suche/listings-v2.html | show_listings |
| Exposé of a listing | Athaus Immobiliensuche | ui://athaus-suche/listing-v2.html | get_listing |
| Confirmation card | Athaus Immobiliensuche | ui://athaus-suche/confirm-v1.html | send_inquiry |
| Confirmation card | Athaus für Makler | ui://athaus-anbieter/confirm-v1.html | draft_reply, decide_proposal |
All of them follow MCP Apps (MIME type text/html;profile=mcp-app) and also carry the details for OpenAI's Apps SDK. An interface itself holds no data; the data arrives with the tool result, and that requires sign-in.
The list
Up to eight listings as cards to browse, each with photo, price, floor area, rooms and place. A click on View listing asks the model to show the exposé.
The exposé card
The listing with photos, key facts, the mandatory energy certificate details, rent and commission, the provider with their legal notice and a form for the enquiry. The rest of the text expands on demand.
The form only asks for a phone number and a message; name and email address come from the Athaus account. Before sending, the person sees the sentence they explicitly agree to with a tick:
I agree that Athaus passes my name, email address, phone number (if given) and message to the provider of this listing so that they can reply to me.
The tick and Send enquiry together are the click: the form prepares the enquiry with send_inquiry and carries it out in the same step. For that the connection needs the right anfragen. The provider replies by email. Links to the listing and the legal notice open outside the chat on www.athaus.ai.
The confirmation card
This card shows whatever waits for a click: in one sentence what will happen and to whom, below it the text that goes out, and the notes from the check. A message can still be edited in the field; an edit is a new version and needs a new click. Next to it, quietly, Discard.
The button calls confirm_action, a tool no model sees. A card is valid for 15 minutes; after that nothing has gone out, and the assistant prepares again. If the connection lacks the boundary right, the card leads to the app with Approve in Athaus. When something runs without a click is under Rights.
Which listings appear
Only listings that are live and that their provider has released: on the property under Vermarktung (marketing), the switch In ChatGPT und Claude. It stays off until the provider turns it on. A commercial provider also needs a stored legal notice, see Publish a listing.
