The MCP servers
Two servers, one for brokers and one for searching. Athaus in ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor and any agent that speaks the Model Context Protocol.
Athaus has two MCP servers, one for each side of the market. Both speak the same protocol, but each has its own address, its own rights and tools and its own entry in ChatGPT and Claude. The names are German product names: Athaus für Makler is the server for brokers, Athaus Immobiliensuche the one for property search.

Which server is for you
- You work as a broker or list property yourself: Athaus für Makler. It works for your office and sees what your office sees in the app.
- You are looking for a home: Athaus Immobiliensuche. It only sees your own search, never an office, not even your own.
- Both: add both addresses. Every connection belongs to exactly one server; a token from one is not valid at the other, even with the same app and the same account.
The market tools are on both servers: the location of an address, a value range, demand as a number and purchase costs.

The model prepares, you click
An agent may read, search and draft in Athaus. Anything that goes out waits for your click: in a card in the chat or in the app. Without a click, only what your office has set to Automatic in the app runs, and only if the connection carries the boundary right. Deleting and switching a level on always take a click. The whole rule is under Rights.
The old address
Before the two servers there was one at https://api.athaus.ai/mcp. It now answers 410 and names both new addresses. If you had added it, add the matching new address and connect again: a consent from before no longer opens anything (Sign-in).
