What Athaus is

Supply, demand and the work in between. In one system.

Athaus is a real estate workspace with an agent that works alongside you. It brings both sides of a market into one database: the providers' properties and the searchers' search orders. Providers are brokers and teams, property managers, developers and private owners. Searchers pay nothing.

Athaus is closed right now

Athaus opens for providers first. If your address has been approved, sign in at www.athaus.ai/login; everyone else can join the waitlist there.

For providers

  • Demand per address. How many active search orders match a property, as a number. Never a list, never a person.
  • One inbox for every enquiry, with qualification by category, a pipeline and viewings that enquirers book themselves.
  • A listing editor that will not publish while required details are missing. The finished listing gets its own page in the athaus.ai catalogue and, if you want, appears in ChatGPT and Claude.
  • Moving over from your old CRM: portfolio, contacts and history from onOffice or Propstack, or as an OpenImmo file.

For searchers

Searchers describe what they are looking for in a chat. That becomes a search order that keeps working. An enquiry to a provider only goes out after their yes, and no provider ever sees the search order itself.

Two principles

Demand is never the product. Athaus sells no contacts, does not broker and takes no commission.

Approval at the boundary. What stays in-house, the agent does on its own: sorting, filling in, writing drafts. What leaves Athaus waits for a yes. The provider moves that boundary, never the agent (automation levels).
