What is in it
Only the public, read-only part: search listings, get a listing, the location baseline for a postcode or a point. No route that needs sign-in is in the document; the app's signed-in routes have no outside callers. To work with your own portfolio, enquiries or suggestions, use the MCP server.
The catalogue holds only properties that providers listed on Athaus themselves. Listings from other portals are not included. A property with "beispiel": true is a made-up sample for display, not an offer.
