Automation levels
How far the Athaus agent may go on its own, set per kind of suggestion. You move that boundary, never the agent.
Every kind of suggestion has one of three levels:
| Level | What happens |
|---|---|
| Off | The agent suggests nothing. |
| Ask first | The agent prepares, a person says yes or no. |
| Automatic | The agent does it right away, and it is logged. |
Anything that goes out (a reply, a rejection, a post) starts on Ask first. Anything that stays in-house starts on Automatic, and even there the agent only fills empty fields: a change that would overwrite an existing value still waits for a yes.
Where you set them
Under Settings, Automation, in three groups: enquiries, properties and social networks. Owners and management can change them. The chat never changes a level.
Every task at once
Above the groups is the row All tasks. With one click it sets every kind below to the same level: Off, Ask first or Automatic. When all kinds share a level, that level is selected; otherwise the row says Mixed with the count per level.
For Automatic, Athaus asks once and names what would then go out without your yes: emails to interested parties, posts and replies in your networks. Only Set all to Automatic switches it.
The offer to automate
When a kind is on Ask first, Athaus keeps count. If you decided at least 20 times in the last 30 days and accepted at least 90 percent unchanged, Athaus offers to set that kind to Automatic. Nothing changes until you click Switch to Automatic; for a kind that goes out, Athaus asks once more first.
The log
The log shows what Athaus did without your yes. Every entry can be reversed with Undo. An email that has been sent stays sent.
And over MCP
An agent using Athaus für Makler follows the same levels. Whatever you have set to Automatic also runs through a connection without a click, if the connection carries the right freigeben. Otherwise it waits for your click, in the assistant's card or in the app (when a click is needed). An agent never sets a level itself, not over MCP either.
