Move your portfolio
Properties, contacts and history from onOffice, Propstack or an OpenImmo file, without anything getting lost silently.
Moving brings your portfolio from your old system to Athaus. It never writes anything back, and it can be repeated without creating duplicates. Connections and import are part of the Pro plan.

How it works
Connect
Enter the key. The dialog tells you what access it grants.
Trial run
Fetches like a real run, up to 200 records, and writes nothing to your portfolio. The result reads something like: would create 12 and update 3, nothing has been written.
Map fields
Uncertain fields come first. Suggestions by the AI are marked as such, and None, keep in old CRM is always an option.
Fetch properties
The first run fetches everything, every later run only the changes; Fetch everything again in the menu forces a full run. The order is contacts, properties, roles (owner, enquirer), search profiles, history, documents. A run can be cancelled.
Read the report
Recent runs shows for each run what arrived, what was updated and what did not fit.
What does not get lost
- The raw record: every record is kept unchanged. A second run recognises it and creates nothing twice.
- The external ID: for every record Athaus remembers the ID it had in the old system.
- The rest: anything not mapped to a field is shown on the record under From the old CRM.
Undo a run
Undo run deletes what the run created and restores everything it changed to the previous state. Whatever you have changed yourself since then stays and is listed in the report. Records that are in use by now, and live listings, remain as conflicts. Consents are never rolled back.
Consents and what stays out
- Every consent arrives as its own entry with proof. A withdrawal survives every later run.
- Not imported: contacts with a deletion request or an expired retention period, passwords, tokens and payment data.
- ID documents and anti-money-laundering records are never loaded, only counted.
- Search profiles from the old CRM only match your own portfolio and never count towards other providers' demand.
- If a record is deleted in the old system, Athaus deletes nothing: the record is marked and a live listing is withdrawn.
